Term
The term of the members of the Committee is two years.
Meetings
The committee shall meet at least twice in a year.
Functions
- To keep campus green and clean.
- To provide maintenance support for Civil/Electrical requirements.
- To provide budgetary estimates for all types of Civil Works and Furniture for procurement and repairs.
- To prepare documentation for AMCs of Air-Conditioners, Lifts, Fire Fighting, STP, Water Filters and Coolers etc.
- To provide support for smooth conduct of examinations.
- Liaison with statutory bodies/ government officials (Fire, Water Board, GHMC, etc.) as per need.
